Network Engineering
- Design and Engineering of our shareholders Radio, Access and Backhaul Transport Networks, including the implementation of deep network sharing to both rural and urban environment
- Manage Radio network coverage, frequency and capacity planning as well as the continuous optimization of standalone and shared networks
- Execute radio and transport network design and development of the common and standalone network of the two operators
- Define specifications for network implementation activities, order the equipment, execute pilot and prototype testing and documents procedures for installation and configuration of network equipment
Network Deployment
- Deliver telecom implementation activities for standalone and shared network of our shareholders such as capacity upgrades, Radio & TRN projects implementation, FO deployment, Special indoor installations, 4G/5G Implementation activities etc
- Execute New site deployment / de-installation activities related to active network
- Manage EMF activity and deliver studies in line with local legislation and Lead Electromagnetic Radiation Measurement Laboratory
- Managing H&S issues related to active project implementations following company’s high standards in H&S
- Managing MW links licensing with EETT
- Contractors Management: Ensure contacted deliveries, SLAs/Performance KPIs and reporting
Network Operations & Maintenance
- Operate and maintain our shareholders Radio, Access and Backhaul Transport Networks
- 24h*7d network surveillance as well as the Tier 1 and Tier 2 network and service management
- Incident, problem and change management as well as field network operation, partner management and technical customer support activities
- Execute Software and hardware updates / upgrades and carry out ongoing re-configuration as well as implementation of network equipment and RAN services
